I left Ireland and moved to London in 1989 as part of the Irish diaspora leaving our home country where work was scarce, and adventure beckoned. I moved from waitressing to office work to book-keeping to accountancy to the dizzying heights (for me!) in the corporate world and along this career journey made a new life and friendships in the new home where I still live. My journey as a mother led to a health crisis and a change in direction and being a mother has been by far the greatest ongoing learning experience of my life. It expanded my heart and my capacity to give in profound ways and I thank my children born and unborn for all I’ve learned and continue to learn from them.

I now work fulltime as a healer and teacher, informed by my journey, my observation of others and the interconnectedness of all life. My passion is to help humans, individually and in groups, strengthen their innate capacities as creator beings to help create a world that works for the highest good of all life.
